My CredentiaLs as a Certified Paralegal

I began studying law in 1977, four years after the infamous riot at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary, in McAlester, Oklahoma. It was during the time when inmates in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections were going through hard times establishing their basis human rights and constitutional and civil rights. At that time the inmates were being treated totally inhumanely. There had been many occasions when inmates were denied showers for weeks at a time, they weren't allowed outdoors for recreation for months at a time, they often suffered physical abuse from prison guards and were denied basic medical treatment.

It would be ten years later while attending Blackstone School of Law in Dallas, Texas, that I would receive training and earn my certficate to become a certified paralegal. I completed credentialing exams the school offered, which qualifies me for certification. I studied civiI law and criminal law. I have practiced law in the District Court of Olahoma County, the District Court of Muskogee County, the District Court of Pittsburg County, the District Court of Garfield County, the District Court of Osage County, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court.
My paralegal organization is dedicated to providing the kind of legal research, typing, letter writing and information sharing to individuals who otherwise would not have access to persons trained in the law to assist them in vindicating their rights.

While our paralegal association headquarters is located in Oklahoma City, our mission is not only domestic. On the contrary, we are willing to network with other paralegal associations, churches, and civil rights organizations in other states, because we believe strongly in unifying the masses, who are being victimized by greedy government and self individuals who believe taking advantage of others is the way to go.

We believe strongly in unity.

We want to provide the legal help that will reach anyone in need. Regardless of your status in society. Our goal and objective is to make sure each and everyone receives the kind of legal assistance necassary to ensure the basic protection of their civil and constitutional rights. The amount of money a person has or the lack thereof should not, and will not, dictate who we serve in that regard. It makes no difference if the individual is in the free world or in prison.

The laws were enacted by the individual states and federal legislature to protect the rights of everyone without regard to their race, creed, color, intellect or financial status. In some cases some may receive more justice than others, and that is because America is a capitalist society which is guided by the principle of money. Everyone knows justice is often determined by how much money the individual has.

We want to encourage each and everyone of you to take advantage of the services we offer.
